Clearwater Clinic is located inside the Century Tower, a gray six story building. There is a fountain in front of the building and the Brazil Grill located on the first floor. We are located on the second floor in suite 205.
We have off street parking located in the back of the building accessible from 13th Ave. The lot offers free parking for up to 1 hour. DO NOT PARK IN ANY SPACES MARKED RESERVED.

Your first chiropractic visit will include an evaluation by the doctor and treatment. Treatment will vary based on the evaluation. See Visit Us for more information.
- Can you bill my insurance company if the provider is not in-network?
Yes, we can still bill your insurance. We always recommend checking your benefits to verify if you have chiropractic coverage. Please see our Insurance Verification Form for a list of questions to ask your insurance company. Also, in-network status does not guarantee coverage.
